Terminals 1, 2 and 5 are linked at BER with shuttles and S-Bahn services S9 and S45, which are free to use for passengers with boarding cards. If your reservation voucher sends you to the Mietwagen Center at Terminal 5, your keys and documents will await you there and staff will direct you to the waiting area for the courtesy shuttle that will take you to the parking lot, where you can pick up your vehicle.

Berlin's latest airport is linked to central Berlin via Autobahn A113 and B96a. The trip into central Berlin takes ca 45 minutes, going to Potsdam takes just over half an hour.
